Empowered Money Accelerator – Terms & Conditions

Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing. By completing your payment, you agree to the terms outlined below and commit to participating in the Empowered Money Accelerator in a way that respects your time, energy, and the collective experience of the group.

1. Programme Overview

Empowered Money Accelerator is a 4-week online group programme led by Sarah McCalden, trading as Sarah McCalden: Finance, Mindset, Well-being, and Growth. It is delivered by McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd. The programme is designed to support women in making confident, strategic financial decisions and includes:

Four weekly 60-minute live group calls (via Zoom)
WhatsApp group support for the duration of the programme
One 1:1 Financial Clarity Call (bonus for early bird registrants only)

Live sessions will be recorded and shared with participants.

2. Start Date & Access

The programme begins the week of Monday 29th September 2025. You will receive all relevant access information, including Zoom links and WhatsApp group invitation, by email before the start of the programme.

It is your responsibility to check your email (including spam/junk folders) to ensure you receive all communication.

3. Payments & Refunds

Full price: £297
All payments are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase this programme, you’ll receive immediate access to digital content — including bonus resources such as the Sacred Money Archetypes® quiz and personalised pre-work.

By purchasing, you confirm that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

If you do not wish to waive this right, please do not complete your purchase.

If you are unable to attend the live sessions, replays will be made available. No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

4. Your Commitment

Use the WhatsApp group only for programme-related support and discussion

Any inappropriate behaviour or breach of these guidelines may result in removal from the programme without refund.

5. Bonus 1:1 Call

If you register by the early bird deadline, you will receive one 30-minute 1:1 Financial Clarity Call with Sarah. You will be contacted by email to arrange your call. This call must be scheduled during the programme period and does not carry forward or hold credit beyond that timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared within this programme remain the property of Sarah McCalden and McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd. These may not be copied, shared, or reused without prior written permission.

7. No Guarantees

This programme provides education, support, and strategy. However, results depend on your individual effort and implementation. No outcome, income level, or financial result is guaranteed. By joining, you accept full responsibility for your participation and progress.
