Terms and Conditions – Money Mindset Accountability Club

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Money Mindset Accountability Club ("the Club"). By signing up, accessing, or using the services provided by the Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with your membership.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and McCalden Worrell Industries Limited is registered in England and Wales under company registration. and apply to all members of the Club.

2. Membership & Payments

2.1 Membership Options

  • Monthly Membership: £9 per month, billed automatically.

  • Annual Membership: £97 per year, billed automatically.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed via our secure payment processor.

  • Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

2.3 No Refund Policy

  • Payments for membership are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If you cancel a monthly membership, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-term.

3. Access & Membership Benefits

By joining the Club, you will receive:

  • Weekly Money Mindset Boosts (tips, affirmations, or mindset shifts).

  • Mini Money Action Challenges.

  • Monthly Masterclasses or Audio Lessons.

  • Monthly Check-Ins & Goal Reset sessions.

  • Access to the optional Private Support Group (if applicable).

Membership benefits may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Club without prior notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your monthly membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual memberships cannot be canceled or partially refunded.

5. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully within the community.

  • Avoid promoting external products, services, or affiliate links.

  • Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Club without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Club, including but not limited to masterclasses, challenges, worksheets, and emails, is owned by McCalden Worrell Industries Limited and is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Club provides educational and mindset-shifting content but does not offer financial, legal, or professional advice. Your financial decisions remain your responsibility, and we do not guarantee financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss, damage, or impact resulting from your participation in the Club.

8. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued membership after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
