Service Agreement: Master Your Money LIVE

Effective as of 18 May 2025

Overview

This agreement outlines the terms of service for participation in Master Your Money LIVE, a live, guided personal finance programme facilitated by Sarah McCalden and offered by McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd, trading as Aspire Wellbeing Co.

By enrolling in this programme, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Programme Details

Master Your Money LIVE is available in three formats:

30-Day Journey (Phase One only)
60-Day Journey (Phases One & Two)
90-Day Journey (Full Programme – Phases One, Two & Three)

Each phase runs over 30 days and is delivered via your Kajabi portal and a private WhatsApp group. The programme includes:

Daily mindset prompts and practical tools
Group support and accountability
Access to the “Where Did All My Money Go?!” money tracking tool
Real-time guidance and facilitation by Sarah McCalden

2. Participant Responsibilities

The results of this programme depend on your level of engagement. By joining, you agree to:

Participate actively to the extent that suits your life and capacity
Maintain confidentiality and respect others in the group
Use all materials solely for personal development and not for redistribution

3. Payment & Access

Your chosen programme must be paid in full at time of registration:

30-Day Option: £35
60-Day Option: £65
90-Day Option: £90

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the programme begins, except where required by UK consumer law. Access is granted on the official programme start date and ends upon completion of your selected duration.

4. Confidentiality & Group Conduct

This is a safe and private space. You agree to honour the confidentiality of anything shared within the WhatsApp group and engage respectfully at all times.

Soliciting, promoting, or selling your own services, products, or offers within the group is not permitted unless explicitly invited as part of a group exercise or prompt. This ensures the space remains focused, supportive, and free from distraction or pressure.

Inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour — including unsolicited promotion — may result in immediate removal from the group without refund.

This programme is for educational and informational purposes only.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
