These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for the Pathway to Freedom: Honesty, Healing, and Unlocking Possibilities workshop. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Organiser Information
The workshop is organised by McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd, trading as Sarah McCalden Coaching, Mentoring, and Training (referred to as "the Organiser").

2. Event Details
Date: Saturday, 25th January 2025
Time: 5PM - 9PM (GMT)
Location: Online via Zoom
Ticket Price: £97
3. Ticket Purchase and Payment
Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payment of £97 (or discounted rate available) is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.
4. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to another individual. To transfer your ticket, you must notify the Organiser in writing via email at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event. The new attendee must provide their name and contact details prior to the event.
5. Event Recording
The workshop will be recorded, and the recording will be sent to all ticket holders following the event.
By attending the workshop, you consent to being included in the recording if you choose to interact.
The recording is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission from the Organiser.
6. Access and Technology Requirements
The workshop will be hosted via Zoom, and it is your responsibility to ensure you have:
A stable internet connection.
A compatible device with Zoom installed and functioning. The Organiser is not liable for technical issues on the attendee’s side that result in missed parts of the event.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the event. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant from the workshop without refund for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
8. Limitation of Liability
The workshop is provided for informational and personal development purposes only.
The Organiser makes no guarantees of specific outcomes and is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
