7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer, and continued use of the Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Agreement
By purchasing and accessing the Programme, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
