What Happens After You Make Your Deposit

Once you’ve secured your spot with the £500 deposit, here’s what will happen next:

1. Confirmation: You’ll immediately receive an email confirming your deposit and booking.

2. Payment Plan Details: We will send you an email within 24 hours with the remaining balance options, including details on how to pay in full (for a 10% discount) or how to set up your payment plan for the remaining balance.

3. Set Your Payment Plan: You can choose to pay in full or choose to pay over 2, 3 or 4 months (August–December 2025). You’ll receive a customised payment link based on your choice.

4. Retreat Details: Once the payment is completed, we’ll send over more information, including your accommodation details, itinerary, and any additional instructions for the retreat.
