This Retreat Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of payment or registration by the Participant, by and between McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd, trading as Sarah McCalden, Finance, Mindset, Wellbeing & Growth, located at 14 Foxglove Place, NE13 6BA ("Organizer"), and the undersigned participant ("Participant").
1. Retreat Details
The retreat ("Retreat") will be held at Finca Nido del Cuervo, located in Mogán, Gran Canaria from 8th March 2026 to 15th March 2026. The core retreat days will run from 9th March to 12th March, with flexible arrival and departure options as outlined in the Retreat promotional materials.
2. Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure a place at the Retreat.

Full Payment: The remaining balance is due in accordance with the chosen payment plan or full payment terms.

Early Bird Pricing: Available until 15th August 2025. Participants who pay in full by this date will receive a 10% discount on the early bird prices.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made through Kajabi Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, or ClearPay.
3. Cancellation and Refunds

The £500 deposit is non-refundable to cover administrative costs.

If the Participant cancels:

Cancellation by Organizer: If the Organizer cancels the retreat for any reason, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued to the Participant.

Transfer of Booking: In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the Participant may transfer their booking to another individual, provided the Organizer is notified in writing at least 30 days prior to the retreat, and the new participant agrees to these terms.
4. Accommodation and Meals

The Participant will be assigned to a shared or single occupancy accommodation based on their choice. All accommodation will include private bedrooms with shared bathrooms. In some cases, additional half-baths may be available for convenience.

Meals included in the retreat price will be breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the retreat. Special dietary requests must be communicated at least 30 days before the retreat.
5. Liability Waiver

The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Retreat activities, including yoga, Qigong, and any excursions, carries inherent risks. By attending the Retreat, the Participant agrees to release the Organizer from any and all liability arising from participation in such activities.

The Participant agrees to follow all instructions provided by the Organizer and facilitators during the Retreat to minimise risk and ensure personal safety.
6. Health and Wellness
The Participant affirms that they are in good health and capable of participating in the Retreat’s physical activities. If the Participant has any health conditions, physical limitations, or other concerns that may affect their participation, they must notify the Organizer prior to the Retreat.
7. Conduct

The Participant agrees to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards the other participants, facilitators, and staff. Disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Retreat without a refund.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant who, in the Organizer’s sole discretion, causes disruption or engages in behaviour that may harm the Retreat or the experience of other Participants.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Retreat, including workshops, handouts, exercises, and presentations, remain the intellectual property of the Organizer. No Participant may record, reproduce, or distribute any Retreat content without prior written consent from the Organizer.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality

The Organizer will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided by the Participant during registration.

The Participant agrees to respect the privacy of fellow attendees and not to share any personal information shared during the Retreat without explicit consent.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
11. Acknowledgment
By making a deposit, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement. The Organizer may amend this Agreement at any time, and such amendments will be communicated in writing to the Participant.
