What Happens After You Make Your Deposit

Once you’ve secured your spot with your non-refundable £500 deposit, here’s what will happen next:

1. Confirmation: You’ll immediately receive an email confirming your deposit and booking.

2. Payment Plan Details: We will send you an email within 24 hours with the remaining balance options, including details on how to pay in full or how to set up your payment plan for the remaining balance.

3. Set Your Payment Plan: You can choose to pay in full or choose to pay by end February 2026.

4. Retreat Details: Once the payment is completed, we’ll send over more information, including your accommodation details, itinerary, and any additional instructions for the retreat.
