From Knowing to Growing

You Already Know Enough to Grow Your Business. But What's Determining What You Do Next?

You can have a good business, know there's considerably more you could create, and still find yourself making decisions, spending time and taking action in ways that don't necessarily take you towards it.

Because creating what's next isn't only about knowing what to do.

It's about becoming much more deliberate about what you're creating, the choices you're making, what's influencing them — and who you're becoming as you make them.

From Knowing to Growing will help you think bigger about what could be possible for your business, get clear on what you genuinely want the next six months to look like, identify the three decisions, changes or actions that could make the greatest difference, and begin closing the gap between the person you are today and the person capable of creating what you want next.

Six months from now, your business could look very different.

The question is: what needs to change for you to create it?

GET FROM KNOWING TO GROWING

Knowing more may not be what takes you further

You may already have a good business.

You have experience, clients, relationships, ideas and access to more business information than you could ever realistically use.

And you may also know there's considerably more you could create.

Perhaps there are decisions you've been thinking about making.

Opportunities you haven't fully pursued.

Things you've outgrown but haven't changed.

Or simply a sense that the business you're capable of creating is bigger than the one you're currently running.

The question isn't necessarily whether you know enough to get there.

It's what determines whether you actually do what the next version of your business requires.

Because our business decisions aren't made on strategy alone.

They're influenced by what we believe about ourselves, what we've become accustomed to, what we expect to happen, what feels familiar or possible — and the identity we've built through everything we've experienced up until now.

And that matters.

Because you can consciously want something bigger while continuing to make decisions from the version of you who created what you have today.

You can say you want more visibility while continuing to see yourself as someone who stays behind the scenes.

You can want significantly more income while continuing to make decisions based on what has felt financially safe or realistic until now.

You can know it's time to lead differently, charge differently, sell differently, let something go or pursue a bigger opportunity — and still find yourself pulled towards the decisions that feel most consistent with who you've been.

That's one of the reasons knowing what to do isn't always enough.

Your next level of growth may require more than a new strategy. It may require a different relationship with what's possible for you — and a different version of you making the decisions.

Sometimes that gap looks like hesitation or avoidance.

Sometimes it looks like being incredibly busy — but not necessarily with the things that would make the greatest difference.

And sometimes it looks like making a completely sensible decision without ever stopping to ask whether it's actually taking you towards what you say you want next.

That's the gap From Knowing to Growing will help you explore.

What does your next six months actually require from you?

Inside From Knowing to Growing, you'll create your own Six-Month Business Momentum Map.

You'll start by stepping beyond what you're currently doing and thinking bigger about what you genuinely want.

If the next six months could be more significant than you've allowed yourself to imagine so far, what would you create?

What would change?

What would become possible?

And who would you need to become to create it?

From there, you'll identify your three Momentum Actions:

The three decisions, changes or actions most likely to move you towards it.

Not everything you could do.

Not everything competing for your attention.

The things that matter most for where you say you want to go next.

Then you'll explore something most business planning doesn't address:

What's actually influencing the choices you're making about what you do next?

Because the gap isn't always that you aren't taking action.

Sometimes you're taking a huge amount of action — just not on the things that would make the greatest difference.

Sometimes you keep postponing a decision or change you know matters.

And sometimes you make a perfectly sensible choice without recognising how much your past experience, expectations or the way you currently see yourself may be influencing it.

You'll begin looking at the relationship between:

What you say you want.

What you believe is possible.

Who you believe yourself to be.

The decisions you make.

The actions you take.

And the results those actions create.

The point isn't to second-guess every decision you make.

It's to become more conscious of what's driving them — so you can decide whether they're taking you towards the business and life you genuinely want to create.

Finally, you'll identify your first 5% shift: one practical change you can begin making now to create greater alignment between the future you say you want and the person you're being today.

Because becoming the person who creates your next level doesn't happen overnight.

It begins with the next decision.

And then the next.

This isn't just another masterclass to watch.

It's a six-month business momentum bundle designed to help you do something with what you know.

The insight you have while watching a masterclass matters.

But what you do afterwards matters more.

That's why From Knowing to Growing doesn't end when the masterclass does.

Your bundle is designed to take you from thinking differently about what's possible to identifying what matters, taking your first action and continuing to come back to the decisions you made over the six months ahead.

Inside your From Knowing to Growing bundle:

The From Knowing to Growing Masterclass

The core experience that helps you think bigger about what's possible, clarify what you genuinely want and explore the relationship between your identity, decisions, actions and results.

Your Six-Month Business Momentum Map

Turn the bigger vision into something you can work with. Define what you want the next six months to represent and identify the three Momentum Actions most likely to move you towards it.

The Momentum Action Planner

Take each of your three Momentum Actions and turn it into a practical next move — including the decisions you need to make, what could get in the way and what you'll do next.

The 5% Shift

Identify the first change you can make now to begin closing the gap between where you are and the person your next level requires you to become.

Six Months of Momentum Check-Ins

Because knowing what mattered today doesn't guarantee you'll still be acting on it three months from now.

Over the next six months, you'll receive a series of focused Momentum Check-Ins designed to bring you back to what you said you wanted, the decisions you made and the person you decided you needed to become.

You'll be prompted to notice what's changing, where old patterns may be creeping back in, what you're avoiding, where you may still be playing smaller than you're capable of — and what your next move needs to be.

By the end of From Knowing to Growing, you'll have:

  • A bigger, clearer picture of what you want your business to look like six months from now
  • Your three Momentum Actions — the decisions, changes or actions most likely to move you towards it
  • Greater awareness of how your identity, expectations and past experiences may be influencing what you do next
  • Your first 5% shift to begin creating change immediately
  • A practical structure for turning your three Momentum Actions into action
  • Six months of prompts bringing you back to what you decided mattered

You don't need another hundred things to do.

You need to know what matters now — and become the person willing to do it.

GET FROM KNOWING TO GROWING

This is for you if you know there's more

This isn't for somebody who's just starting out or looking for another list of things they should be doing to grow a business.

It's for the woman who already has experience behind her.

You've built something. You've created results. You know how business works.

But you also have a sense that what you've created so far isn't the full extent of what you're capable of creating.

Perhaps you're thinking differently about what you want your next chapter to look like.

Perhaps you're doing a lot, but questioning whether all of it deserves your time and attention.

Perhaps there's a decision, direction or opportunity you keep coming back to but haven't fully committed to.

Perhaps the next level you're imagining requires you to show up, lead, sell, decide or think differently — and you can feel the pull between the person you've been and the person you're becoming.

Or perhaps nothing is obviously wrong at all.

You simply know there's more.

From Knowing to Growing gives you the space and structure to step away from the noise, think bigger about what could be possible and look deliberately at where you're going, what could make the greatest difference now, what's influencing the decisions you're making — and who you need to become to create what comes next.

Why I created From Knowing to Growing

I'm Sarah McCalden, a money and business mentor, speaker, Certified Success Principles Trainer and member of Jack Canfield's Success Principles Leadership Council.

I've spent years fascinated by the relationship between what we say we want, the choices we make and what we ultimately create.

Why can we know what would create a different result and still not do it?

What influences the decisions we make — often without us even realising it?

Why do we sometimes limit what we're willing to believe is possible for us?

And what changes when we allow ourselves to think bigger, become more deliberate about what we want and start making decisions from the future we're trying to create rather than the past we've already experienced?

For me, those questions aren't theoretical.

My own life has required me to make changes I once couldn't have imagined — from recovering from life-threatening drug addiction to becoming a marathon and ultramarathon runner, building a successful business and exponentially increasing my income.

Alongside that lived experience, I've spent years studying and teaching personal development and working with business owners around money, decisions and growth.

In 2025, I also initiated a research project with Newcastle University exploring factors that influence financial behaviour and wellbeing.

Today, as a member of the Success Principles Leadership Council, I'm continuing to deepen that work alongside leaders committed to helping people turn possibility into meaningful change.

Again and again, I've come back to the relationship between how we see ourselves, what we allow ourselves to believe is possible, the decisions we make, the actions we take and the results we ultimately create.

That's really why I created From Knowing to Growing.

Sometimes the next level doesn't require you to know more. It requires you to think bigger about what's possible, decide what you actually want and become more deliberate about what you do next.

Ultimately knowing isn't what changes our lives or our businesses.

What matters is what we do with what we know.

Six months from now is coming either way.

The question isn't how much more you could learn between now and then.

It's:

What do you want to have created?

Who do you need to become to create it?

What will make the greatest difference?

And what needs to change for you to actually do it?

If you're ready to stop simply knowing what could change and start becoming more deliberate about creating it, From Knowing to Growing is your place to begin.

YES — I'M READY TO TURN KNOWING INTO GROWING
