The Financial Wellbeing Hour

One hour a week to make better decisions about your money, business and financial future.

A free, interactive weekly session for ambitious, entrepreneurial women who want to become more intentional about the financial future they're creating.

It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day.

Running your business. Doing the work. Looking after clients. Thinking about your next idea. Dealing with everything that needs your attention.

But how often do you step back and think intentionally about where all that effort is taking you?

The Financial Wellbeing Hour gives you the space to do exactly that.

Each week, we'll explore an idea connected to your money, business, decisions or financial future — and, most importantly, what it means for you.

This isn't a webinar where you sit and listen to me talk for an hour.

It's an interactive conversation.

You'll have the opportunity to think, reflect, join the conversation and apply what we're discussing to your own situation.

The aim is simple:

To help you see something differently, make a more intentional decision and leave knowing your next Money Move.

What Do We Explore?

The conversations change, but they all come back to one bigger question:

How can you become more intentional about the financial future you're creating?

We explore things like:

What do you actually want?
Not simply a financial target, but what do you want your money and business to make possible in your life?

What decisions are you making — or avoiding?
And how are those decisions influencing your financial results?

What patterns keep repeating?
Why do we sometimes know what we want to change and still find ourselves returning to familiar behaviours?

What's your next Money Move?
What's one intentional action you could take to move your income, business or financial future forward?

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come.

And you don't need to run a particular kind of business or be at a certain income level.

If you're entrepreneurial, want to move forward financially and enjoy conversations that make you think and act, you'll feel at home here.

Meet Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah McCalden.

I'm a financial wellbeing educator, entrepreneur and certified Success Principles Trainer.

My work brings together financial wellbeing, personal development and entrepreneurship because I don't believe they're separate conversations.

The way we think influences the decisions we make.

Our decisions influence the actions we take.

And those actions shape our businesses, our finances and ultimately the lives we're able to create.

I've built a business generating almost a quarter of a million dollars in annual turnover, experienced what it takes to rebuild a business, and commissioned research with Newcastle University into women's financial behaviour and financial wellbeing.

I created the Financial Wellbeing Hour to give women a regular space to step away from the noise, have better conversations about money and business, and make more intentional decisions about what comes next.

I'd love you to join us.
