For people who are ready to raise the standard of what they expect from their life and work
There are moments in life when it becomes clear that something needs to change.
From the outside, things may look perfectly fine. Your work might be going well. Your life may already be full and busy. Yet there is a sense that you could be thinking bigger, making clearer decisions, or moving with more purpose than you currently are.
Most people never give themselves the time to step back and look at their life and work in this way. They stay busy, they keep going, and they assume clarity will somehow appear on its own.
It rarely does.
This one-day experience is designed to create the space most people never give themselves: time to pause, think carefully about where you are, and decide what you want the next chapter to look like.
Throughout the day I will guide you through a series of structured exercises designed to help you examine the goals you are currently working toward, the assumptions shaping your decisions, and the direction you want to move toward next. These are practical thinking tools that help people gain clarity, raise their standards, and move forward with greater intention.
It is an active, thoughtful day where you will reflect, write, discuss ideas with others, and leave with a much clearer sense of direction.
By the end of the day you will have:
• Clarified what you truly want for the next stage of your life and work
• Identified the thinking and habits that may currently be holding you back
• Learned how successful people use feedback to improve faster
• Set clear goals and action steps for the year ahead
• Reconnected with the bigger picture of what you are building
Many people are surprised by how powerful it can be simply to step out of their everyday environment and think deliberately about their direction. That is what this day is designed to facilitate.
People who attend my workshops tend to be thoughtful, capable individuals who care about the direction of their lives and the quality of the decisions they make. The conversations in the room are often as valuable as the exercises themselves.
What You’ll Experience During the Day
The experience runs from 10:00am to 4:30pm and combines guided exercises, thoughtful discussion and time for individual reflection.
Throughout the day we will explore several key ideas that influence the direction people move in their lives and work. We will look at what it really means to take responsibility for the direction of your life, how to set goals that genuinely move you forward, and the standards you may currently be living by without fully realising it.
We will also explore how successful people use feedback to their advantage. Rather than allowing setbacks or disappointing results to slow them down, they treat them as useful information that helps them adjust their thinking and improve more quickly. By the end of the day you will have spent time clarifying your vision for the year ahead and identifying the next steps that will move you toward it.
There will also be plenty of space for conversation and reflection with others in the room. One of the most valuable aspects of days like this is the perspective that comes from being surrounded by thoughtful people who are also taking time to consider what they want their next chapter to look like.
Who This Day Is For
This workshop tends to attract thoughtful, capable people who already have some momentum in their lives or work, but who sense that the next chapter requires a different level of thinking.
You may be running a business, building a career, or navigating an important transition. From the outside things may already look reasonably successful, yet you know there is more you want to create, contribute or experience. What is often missing is not effort, but the time and space to step back and think clearly about what the next goal actually is.
Many people spend years working hard toward outcomes they never consciously chose. This day is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and raise the standard of what you expect from yourself and from your life.
If you value thoughtful conversation, practical ideas, and time to reflect on what truly matters next, you will likely find the day both energising and clarifying. This event is open to both men and women.
Who This Day Is Not For
This is not a high-energy motivational seminar or a passive lecture where you sit and listen all day.
The workshop is reflective, conversational and participatory. You will be thinking, writing, discussing ideas with others in the room, and examining your assumptions about what is possible.
People who get the most value from the day are those who arrive curious, open-minded and willing to engage with the process.
What You Will Leave With
By the end of the day, participants will leave with a much clearer sense of direction than when they arrived.
You will have taken the time to step back from the noise of everyday life and think seriously about what you want the next chapter of your life or work to look like. Through a series of guided exercises and discussions, you will clarify the goal that matters most right now and identify the assumptions, habits or decisions that may need to change in order to move toward it.
Just as importantly, you will leave with a framework you can return to whenever you reach a point of uncertainty or transition in the future.
Many people find that the most valuable outcome of the day is not only the goal they set, but the shift in how they think about what is possible.
