Price: £27

1. Services Provided

We will provide you with access to a live, online workshop on the date and time above. The workshop will include teaching, exercises, and discussion as described on the sales page. You will also receive access to a recording of the workshop for personal use after the event.

2. Payment

The fee for this workshop is £27, payable in full at the time of booking. Your place is not confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend the live session. If you cannot attend, you will still receive the recording. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and Zoom access to join the session. We are not liable for any technical difficulties on your end that prevent you from attending.

5. Recording and Intellectual Property

The workshop will be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded if your video/audio is on. The recording will be made available for personal use only. All materials, recordings, and content remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The workshop is for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law in England and Wales, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the workshop.

7. Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
