Empowered Money Club – Australia Terms & Conditions

Offer Valid Until: 24th September 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply specifically to the Australian Membership Offer for the Empowered Money Club (“EMC”) provided by McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing this membership, you (“you”, “Member”) agree to these terms.

1. Offer Specifics

This membership is offered exclusively to individuals who attended Sarah McCalden’s live workshops in Australia during September 2025.
Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD):
- $347 AUD for 12 months (annual membership).
- $35 AUD per month (3-month minimum commitment).
This pricing is available only until 24th September 2025. After this date, the offer expires, and standard international pricing in GBP applies.

2. Payments

All payments are processed in AUD via Stripe (or another listed payment processor).
If choosing the monthly plan, payments are automatically charged each month for a minimum of 3 months. After the initial period, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.
Annual memberships are a one-time payment.

3. Membership Inclusions

Access to the Empowered Money Club online community.
Access to the Empowered Money Reset (12-week guided programme).
Other resources, trainings, and events as outlined on the Australian sales page at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees are non-refundable.
For monthly members, you may cancel at any time after the initial 3-month commitment. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Annual memberships are paid in full upfront and cannot be cancelled mid-term.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access if payments fail, or if behaviour in the community violates our community standards (e.g. harassment, abuse, inappropriate conduct).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, as McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd is a UK-registered company.
For Australian members, your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected.

7. Privacy

Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to the storage and use of your information for delivering the Empowered Money Club.
