1. Programme Overview
Momentum Mastermind is a 6-month group programme for women in business, including monthly Zoom coaching calls, hot seat sessions, monthly financial tools, WhatsApp support, and two guest expert workshops. VIP clients also receive three private coaching calls, offer audit, and voice note access.
2. Programme Dates & Access
Start Date: July 2025
End Date: December 2025
All group calls will be held via Zoom; schedule to be provided. WhatsApp access is for real-time connection and community support.
3. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to one of the following:

Payments must be made via approved methods. Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of access to programme materials or sessions.
We understand that life happens. If you anticipate any difficulty meeting a payment deadline, you agree to contact us in advance to discuss options. Open communication is essential, and we will always aim to find a fair and respectful solution.
Continued non-payment without communication may result in removal from the programme and further action to recover owed amounts.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except as required under statutory consumer protection laws in England.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Honour group boundaries and contribute to a safe, empowering environment
6. Disclaimers
The Company provides mentoring and educational guidance. We are not financial advisers or licensed therapists. No guarantees are made regarding earnings or outcomes. All decisions and results are the Client’s responsibility.
7. Tax Deductibility Guidance
Momentum Mastermind may qualify as a business expense under HMRC guidelines if the programme directly supports your existing business activities. This includes skill improvement, financial education, and strategy development relevant to your current trade.
Please consult your accountant or tax adviser to determine whether your participation qualifies as an allowable business expense based on your unique circumstances. The Company makes no guarantees regarding tax deductibility.
8. Confidentiality & Conduct
Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of all shared materials and discussions. Disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behaviour may result in removal without refund.
9. Mediation & Dispute Resolution
Should a dispute arise, both parties agree to seek resolution via mediation, under English law, before pursuing legal action.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By enrolling in Momentum Mastermind, you agree to the above terms. This agreement becomes binding upon payment or acceptance into the programme.
