Make More Money. Make Better Decisions. Create a Stronger Financial Future.
The way you earn, spend, save, invest, price, pursue opportunities and make decisions about money isn't random. It's influenced by what you believe, what you've experienced, who you believe yourself to be and what matters most to you.
Inside the Financial Wellbeing Club, you'll understand more about what's driving your financial behaviour — and turn that understanding into Money Moves that create stronger financial results. create.
Knowing what to do isn't what changes your financial future. Doing it does.
You work hard. You have ideas. You're willing to take action.
But perhaps you want the work you're putting in to translate into stronger financial results.
Maybe your business isn't yet generating the consistent income you want.
Maybe you're earning money, but know you could be making more intentional decisions with it.
Or perhaps there are ideas, opportunities and financial decisions you know could move you forward — but they keep getting pushed aside by whatever feels most urgent today.
You've probably already read the books, listened to the podcasts and learned plenty about what you should be doing.
You don't necessarily need more information.
You need to close the gap between knowing what you should do and actually doing it.
That's what we do inside the Financial Wellbeing Club.
Inside the Financial Wellbeing Club, you'll become part of a community of ambitious, entrepreneurial women who are committed to creating more income, making better financial decisions and taking consistent action towards the lives they want to create.
And over the next 12 months, I want to help you become the woman who doesn't simply know what she should be doing with her money, ideas and opportunities.
She acts on them.
Because your financial future won't change by chance.
It changes with the Money Moves you make today.
You Probably Already Know More Than You’re Consistently Acting On
You know you should make the offer.
Follow up with the potential client.
Review your prices.
Launch the thing.
Deal with the financial decision you’ve been avoiding.
Pay yourself more intentionally.
Do something with the idea that’s been sitting in your notebook for six months.
But knowing what to do is only part of the picture.
There is usually something underneath the decisions we make — and the ones we keep postponing.
The way you think about money. What you believe is possible for you. What feels safe. What feels risky. What you learned about money growing up. What you expect of yourself. What you are trying to protect. What you want your money to make possible.
All of these things can influence the way you earn, spend, save, invest, price, pursue opportunities and make financial decisions.
Sometimes they work in your favour.
Sometimes a strength becomes overexpressed.
Sometimes two things you value pull you in completely different directions.
And sometimes a pattern that once made sense continues influencing decisions long after it has stopped helping you.
That’s why the Financial Wellbeing Club isn’t only about telling you what to do.
It’s about understanding more about what is driving your financial behaviour, noticing the patterns influencing your decisions and learning how to make more intentional choices.
Then we turn those choices into Money Moves.
Because awareness on its own doesn’t change your financial future.
What matters is what you do with it.

Start Making Your Money Moves
One of the ideas at the heart of the Financial Wellbeing Club is simple:
Your financial future is shaped by the moves you make today.
I call them Money Moves.
A Money Move is an intentional decision or action that strengthens your financial position or moves you towards greater income, opportunity, security or freedom.
Your Money Moves will be personal to you.
You might:
- Increase your prices.
- Make an offer you've been putting off.
- Follow up with previous or potential customers.
- Finally launch an idea and get paid for it.
- Create a new source of income.
- Start paying yourself more intentionally.
- Deal with a financial task you've been avoiding.
- Make an important decision about your business, career or future.
- Change a financial habit that is no longer serving you.
- Take one concrete step towards something you want your money to make possible.
Some Money Moves create an immediate financial result.
Others change the direction you're travelling in.
Both matter.
Because significant financial change rarely comes from one perfect decision.
It comes from making better moves, consistently, over time.
Your First 30 Days
Your goal in your first month inside the Financial Wellbeing Club is simple:
Make a meaningful Money Move.
You don't need to overhaul your entire financial life in 30 days.
And you don't need another list of 50 things you should be doing.
Instead, I want to help you identify something that matters to your financial future — and move it forward.
Perhaps you'll finally make the offer.
Increase the price.
Have the conversation.
Make the decision.
Deal with something you've been avoiding.
Create an opportunity.
Start earning from an idea.
Or take an action that you've known for months would strengthen your financial position.
From the moment you join, I'll guide you through your first 30 days — helping you get connected, identify where you want to create movement and start making Money Moves rather than waiting for the perfect time to begin.
You'll also become part of a community where women aren't simply talking about what they could do.
We're making our Money Moves.
You won't be expected to figure out where to begin on your own.
Your first 30 days are about identifying the Money Move that matters most now, making a decision about what you're going to do and creating enough momentum to act on it.
Because I don't want you joining the Financial Wellbeing Club and spending the next six months thinking about changing your financial future.
I want you to start changing it.
Real Women. Real Money Moves. Real Progress.
I used to be a chronic under-pricer. Since joining the Club, I've increased the price of my writing community and my editing services, learned to pay myself first, and become much more confident and in control when making financial decisions.

Because of Sarah's mentoring, I made two massive decisions in one week and I'm now really excited about my future. Those decisions have given me clarity about the direction I need to head instead of going round in circles.

Everything Inside the Club Helps You Make Better Money Moves
The Financial Wellbeing Club brings together financial wellbeing, personal development, income generation and consistent action.
Because creating a stronger financial future isn't only about earning more.
It's about becoming better at creating money, making decisions about money and using it intentionally to create the life you want.
Each month, you'll have four different ways to help you keep moving forward.
Financial Wellbeing Workshop
Understand what’s driving your financial behaviour. Make better financial decisions.
Your financial decisions don’t happen in isolation.
They are influenced by the beliefs you’ve developed, the experiences you’ve had, what matters most to you, the way you see yourself and the things you are consciously or unconsciously trying to create, avoid or protect.
Each month, we’ll explore an aspect of the psychology and behaviour behind money and apply it to what is happening in your own financial life.
We might look at your financial identity, the patterns influencing your decisions, the beliefs you’ve developed around money, the tension between different financial priorities or what happens when one of your natural strengths around money becomes overexpressed.
We’ll consider how these things can influence the way you earn, spend, save, invest, receive, price your work, respond to opportunities and make decisions about your future.
The purpose isn’t to put you into a box or give you another label.
It’s to understand yourself well enough to make more intentional decisions.
Every workshop brings the insight back to the same question:
What are you going to do differently because you understand this?
Then we turn that answer into a Money Move.
Business Growth Lab
Make the Money Moves that create a financially stronger business.
If you have a business — or you're actively building one — this is where we turn our attention specifically to the decisions and actions that can help your business generate stronger financial results.
We'll challenge you to think bigger about what's possible, raise your expectations of yourself and your business, and turn that thinking into action.
Your Money Moves will depend on where you are in your business.
You might need to make the offer, follow up, review your pricing or turn an idea into something people can buy.
Or you might be looking at a very different level of decision — increasing profitability, making more of the expertise and assets you've already created, changing your business model, creating a new revenue opportunity, making a significant investment, pursuing a strategic partnership, deciding what to stop doing or finally acting on an opportunity you know could take your business somewhere new.
Because growth isn't always about doing more.
Sometimes the most important Money Move is making a bigger decision, raising your standards or looking differently at what you've already built.
You don't need to be at a particular stage of business.
What matters is that you want to think bigger, make stronger decisions and create a business that works better financially.
Ideas Into Action
Stop collecting good ideas. Start doing something with them.
Personal development transformed my own financial future because it changed the way I thought — and that changed the decisions I made.
In Ideas Into Action, we'll explore a short section from a carefully chosen book and ask the question that matters most:
What are you going to do differently because of this?
You don't need to read the whole book.
There's no pressure to keep up with a reading schedule.
Because this isn't about consuming more information.
It's about turning useful ideas into Money Moves.
Community Conversations
Get unstuck. Make the decision. Keep moving.
Sometimes the thing that moves you forward isn't another lesson.
It's the right conversation.
Community Conversations give you space to ask questions, celebrate wins, work through challenges and learn from women who are intentionally creating stronger financial futures of their own.
You'll also have access to our private WhatsApp community for support, accountability and encouragement between sessions, plus recordings of every workshop and session.
Because taking action is easier when you're surrounded by other women who are taking action too.
This Isn’t Just About “Money Mindset”
How you think about money matters, but your financial behaviour is shaped by far more than positive or negative thinking. The beliefs you’ve developed about money, your past experiences, your financial identity, what you value, what feels safe or unsafe, and what you are trying to create, protect, prove, avoid or hold onto can all influence the decisions you make.
Those influences can show up in what you charge, what you earn, what you spend, what you save, whether you invest, the opportunities you pursue, the risks you take, the conversations you avoid, the decisions you postpone and what you believe is possible for your financial future.
That’s why I’m really interested in what sits underneath financial behaviour. I commissioned research with researchers at Newcastle University into women’s financial behaviour and financial wellbeing, and that work has become part of a much bigger area of exploration for me: understanding why people can have access to the same information, earn similar amounts of money or face similar opportunities and still make completely different financial decisions.
I’m now developing my own Financial Drivers™ framework to explore some of the patterns behind those decisions: what we are trying to create, what we are trying to protect, what feels safe or risky to us, what matters most to us, where our natural financial strengths help us and where those same strengths can become overexpressed.
The aim isn’t to give you another label. It’s to help you understand yourself well enough to recognise the patterns influencing your financial life and decide whether those patterns are helping you create what you actually want.
I bring that work together with personal development, entrepreneurship and the practical reality of making decisions about money inside the Financial Wellbeing Club. I want this to be a place where you understand yourself better, think more clearly about money, recognise the patterns influencing your decisions and turn that awareness into different actions.
Insight matters, but insight only changes your financial future when it changes what you do. That’s where your Money Moves come in. Your financial future is shaped by the decisions and actions you make repeatedly: what you earn, what you charge, what you do with your ideas, the opportunities you pursue, what you do with the money you create, the decisions you stop postponing and the standards you establish for your future.
The Financial Wellbeing Club gives you somewhere to understand what is shaping your financial behaviour, make more intentional decisions and turn what you learn about yourself into practical action. Understanding why you do what you do matters. What you decide to do next matters even more.
Start Where You Are
You Don't Have to Wait Until You're Ready for the Next Level
Perhaps you have big plans for your business and your financial future.
You know you want to earn more, create more, make better decisions and build something stronger.
But you don't need to have everything figured out — or be ready for the biggest possible next step — before you begin.
The Financial Wellbeing Club gives you somewhere to start making progress at the level that's right for you now.
Make the offer.
Strengthen the business.
Act on the idea.
Change the financial habit.
Have the conversation.
Make the decision you've been postponing.
And allow those moves to create the clarity, confidence and financial momentum for whatever comes next.
You don't need to wait until you're ready for everything.
You just need to be ready for your next Money Move
Is the Financial Wellbeing Club for You?
The Financial Wellbeing Club is for ambitious, entrepreneurial women who want to take greater ownership of their financial future.
You might already have an established business and want it to become financially stronger.
You might be self-employed or building a business alongside employment and want to create more consistent income.
You might have an idea, skill or product you're ready to turn into money.
Or perhaps you simply have an entrepreneurial outlook: you want to create opportunities for yourself rather than waiting for them to appear.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
And you don't need to be at a particular level of income.
What matters is that you want to move forward — and you're willing to make the moves that can get you there.
If you want to create more income, become more astute about your financial decisions and be much further ahead this time next year, you'll feel at home here.
JOIN THE FINANCIAL WELLBEING CLUBA Community of Women Who Want to Move Forward
The people we spend time with influence the conversations we have, the opportunities we notice, the decisions we make and what we believe is possible. There’s something powerful about being surrounded by women who aren’t just talking about what they want to change, but are actively doing something about it.
When someone makes an offer, raises a price, tackles a financial task she’s been avoiding or finally acts on an idea, that momentum spreads. You see other women making their Money Moves, they see you making yours, and the things you’ve been thinking about doing start to feel much more possible.
You’ll meet women at different stages of their journeys. Some run businesses, some are self-employed, some are building something alongside employment, and some are thinking seriously about what they want their next chapter to look like.
What connects us isn’t a job title or a particular level of income. It’s direction. We’re learning, growing, making decisions, taking action, creating opportunities and becoming more intentional about the financial futures we’re creating.
Being a member of the Financial Wellbeing Club has been so rewarding. I have a coach at my side to prompt me into action, alongside other women who genuinely want one another to succeed.

Perhaps you know what you want financially, but there is still a gap between what you intend to do and the decisions you actually make.
Perhaps two things matter deeply to you — security and freedom, generosity and self-protection, growth and stability — and you find yourself pulled in different directions.
Or perhaps you simply know that having regular time to step away from the day-to-day, look at what is really happening and work more closely with me will help you make stronger decisions and act on them faster.

These are substantial working days designed to give us the time to go deeper into an important area of your financial wellbeing, business and financial future.

One of your four VIP experiences will be:
Your Financial Drivers Deep Dive
One of your four Gold VIP experiences will take you much deeper into your own financial behaviour.
During your Financial Drivers Deep Dive, we’ll explore the underlying drivers influencing the way you think about money, make decisions and respond to opportunities, uncertainty, growth and change.
You’ll complete my Financial Drivers Assessment™ before the session, giving us a starting point for exploring the patterns showing up most strongly in your financial life.
We’ll look at how your Drivers may be influencing the way you:
-
create and earn money
-
spend, save and invest
-
price and value your work
-
respond to financial risk and opportunity
-
make decisions
-
pursue growth
-
protect what matters to you
-
use money to create the life you want
We’ll also explore where one of your strengths may have become overexpressed, where competing Drivers may be pulling you in different directions and how your financial identity is influencing the choices you are making now.
This isn’t about putting you into a personality type.
It’s about understanding the patterns behind your financial behaviour so that you can make more intentional decisions about what happens next.
You’ll leave with greater insight into your own financial behaviour and a clear set of Money Moves to work on over the months ahead.
Monthly Gold Money Moves Clinics
Sometimes you don't need another workshop.
You need the opportunity to bring the decision, problem or opportunity that's in front of you and have someone help you think it through.
Every month, Gold members will have a dedicated Money Moves Clinic with me.
This is your opportunity to bring what's happening in your financial life or business into the room. You might want to talk through a pricing decision, an income opportunity, something you're avoiding, an investment you're considering, a business decision, a financial habit you want to change or a Money Move you know you need to make but haven't yet made.
These sessions will be focused on coaching, problem-solving and helping you move from thinking about something to deciding what you're going to do next.
Your Gold Financial Wellbeing Review
Your Gold year will also give you an opportunity to look at the bigger picture.
You'll begin by taking stock of where you are now, what you want to be different 12 months from now and the areas of your financial wellbeing that deserve your attention.
We'll use that to help you identify your priorities and make more intentional Money Moves throughout the year.
You'll then have the opportunity to revisit your review and see what's changed: the decisions you've made, the actions you've taken, the opportunities you've created and the progress you've made.
Because sometimes we become so focused on what still needs to happen that we forget to recognise just how far we've already moved.
Gold Gives You More Than More Content
Gold isn't designed to give you more information to work through.
It's designed to give you more opportunities to apply what you're learning to your own financial life and business, more access to my support when you're making important decisions, and dedicated time throughout the year to work on the things that could make the greatest difference.
You'll have the ongoing rhythm and community of the Financial Wellbeing Club, alongside the deeper work we can do together through your VIP Days and monthly Money Moves Clinics.

FEATURED IN:
Meet Your Host
Hi, I'm Sarah McCalden. I'm a financial wellbeing and identity expert, entrepreneur and member of the Success Principles Leadership Council. My work sits at the intersection of financial wellbeing, personal development and entrepreneurship, because I've seen first-hand how closely the way we think, the decisions we make and the actions we take are connected to the financial lives we ultimately create.
My own financial and business journey hasn't followed a straight line. I've experienced periods of making poor decisions, uncertainty and having to rebuild. I've also built a business generating almost a quarter of a million dollars in annual turnover, experienced what happens when circumstances change, and learned what it takes to rebuild a business from the ground up. Those experiences have shaped the way I think about money, business and financial wellbeing today.
One of the biggest turning points in my own life was discovering personal development. It changed the way I thought about myself, my future and what was possible for me. As my thinking changed, I started making different decisions. I became more willing to act on opportunities, take responsibility for the results I was creating and do things that previously felt uncomfortable. Those decisions relatively quickly changed both my life and my financial position.
That experience is one of the reasons I'm so interested in the gap between knowing and doing. Most of us already know far more than we're consistently acting on. We know we should have the conversation, make the offer, look at the numbers, deal with the thing we've been avoiding, ask for more, make the decision or pursue the opportunity. Knowing doesn't create the result, though. At some point, we have to make the move.
That's where the idea of Money Moves comes from. I believe our financial futures are shaped by the intentional decisions and actions we make repeatedly: how we create income, what we charge, the opportunities we pursue, what we do with the money we make and the standards we establish for what we want our lives and businesses to become.
My work also goes deeper into what sits underneath financial behaviour: the beliefs we develop, the experiences that shape us, our financial identity and the underlying drivers that influence the way we earn, spend, save, invest, receive and make decisions about money.
I commissioned research with researchers at Newcastle University into women’s financial behaviour and financial wellbeing, and that work has become part of a much bigger area of exploration for me: understanding why people can have access to the same information, earn similar amounts of money or face similar opportunities and still make completely different financial decisions.
I’m now developing my own Financial Drivers framework to explore some of the patterns behind those decisions — what we are trying to create, what we are trying to protect, what feels safe or risky to us, where our natural financial strengths help us and where those same strengths can become overexpressed.
I bring that work together with personal development, entrepreneurship and the practical reality of making decisions about money inside the Financial Wellbeing Club.
This isn’t a community where I want you to spend 12 months collecting more information about what you could do. I want it to be a place where you understand yourself better, think more clearly about money, recognise the patterns influencing your decisions and turn that awareness into different actions.
Ultimately, understanding why you do what you do matters. What you decide to do next matters even more.
If that's the kind of support and community you've been looking for, I'd love to welcome you to the Financial Wellbeing Club.

Ready to Make Your Next Money Move?
You don't need to have your financial future completely figured out before you begin. You simply need to decide that you're ready to become more intentional about what happens next.

You might make more offers, create new sources of income, make stronger financial decisions, grow a more financially sustainable business, become more confident with money or finally take action on something you've been thinking about for far too long.
Your Money Moves will be personal to you, and they will change as you do. What matters is that you keep making them.
