Bring a notebook if you’d like to jot down personal insights or action steps.

Optional Lunch – Table Booked for 1pm Nearby

After the event wraps up at 1pm, you’re warmly invited to join us for lunch at a nearby venue. We’ve booked a table for those who’d like to continue the conversation in a relaxed setting. Everyone covers their own meal, and there’s no pressure to attend—join us if it feels right for you.

Pathway to Freedom: Australia Tour - Terms and Conditions (Participants)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants ("you") purchasing a ticket to attend any event hosted by Sarah McCalden, McCalden Worrell Industries Limited trading as Aspire Wellbeing Co. ("we", "us", "our") during the Pathway to Freedom: Australia Tour in September 2025.

1. Event Details

Pathway to Freedom: Sydney, Northern Beaches

Date: Saturday, 6 September 2025
Time: 9 am – 1 pm, lunch included
Location: Northern Beaches, Sargood on Collaroy, 1 Brissenden Avenue, Collaroy, NSW 2097

Event dates, times, venues, and schedules are subject to reasonable change.
If changes occur, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible by email.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that an event is cancelled by us.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without our written permission.

3. Cancellations and Changes

In the unlikely event that an event must be cancelled by us, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative event date (where available).
We reserve the right to alter the programme (including changes to speakers, schedule, or venues) where necessary.

4. Conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards each other, the event staff, and venue staff.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

The content provided at the events is for educational and informational purposes only.
It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions following the event.

6. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own personal belongings at all times.
We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal property at the event venues.

7. Media Consent

Photographs, audio recordings, or video footage may be taken during the events for promotional purposes.
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify us in writing before the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your participation in the event.

9. Data Protection

Any personal information provided when booking tickets will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.

By purchasing a ticket to attend a Pathway to Freedom: Australia Tour event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
