Business Momentum Mastermind

January–June 2027

Grow your business. Make more money. Become the business owner who makes it happen.

A six-month mastermind to help you turn your experience, ideas and ambition into focused action, greater income and a business that gives you more freedom and choice.

You’ve built a business, you’re good at what you do, and you know there is more potential in what you’ve created. You have experience, relationships and work that people value. Now you want that value to translate into stronger growth, more income and greater confidence in how you run your business.

Perhaps you’re ready to increase your prices, launch an offer, attract more clients or pursue an opportunity you’ve been thinking about for months. Perhaps you want to pay yourself more, use your time more effectively or make decisions about where your business goes next. You want to see progress in the things that matter to you.

Creating that progress asks something of you as the person running the business: trusting your judgement, making clear decisions, putting your work in front of people and following through on the actions that create opportunities. Inside Business Momentum, we’ll work on the beliefs, expectations and habits that influence those decisions, alongside the practical steps that move your business forward.

You’ll begin with a private Success Blueprint session to decide what you want these six months to create. From there, you’ll have focused workshops, space to work on your business, other business owners to think alongside and my support as you turn your intentions into action.

By the end of June, the aim is to see progress you can point to: offers made, opportunities pursued, decisions acted on and a stronger foundation for growing your income. Along the way, you’ll develop greater confidence in your ability to shape what happens next.

YES — I’M READY TO JOIN BUSINESS MOMENTUM

Morna MacGillivray

Sarah helped me identify and remove the blocks to my goal of impacting 1 million women through my work. I finished our session transformed and feeling 100% committed and aligned with my vision and money goals and immediately took bold action towards achieving my goals.

You can see the potential. You want to turn it into results.

You know the value of your work, and you have ideas about where your business could go next. You want more people to buy from you, more income from the expertise you’ve developed and greater freedom to choose how you live and work.

Yet the day-to-day demands of running a business can absorb the attention you intended to give to growing it. Client work takes priority. An offer stays unfinished. A follow-up gets postponed. You keep considering a price increase or an opportunity without making the decision that would move it forward.

Sometimes you need a clearer plan or a different approach. Sometimes you already know the next step, but taking it brings up questions about yourself: Will people pay that? Am I ready to put myself forward? Can I deliver at that level? What happens if it doesn’t work?

Those questions influence what you ask for, the opportunities you pursue and the standards you set for your business. Becoming aware of them gives you something you can work with. You can examine your assumptions, make a deliberate decision and begin acting in ways that support what you want to create.

Inside Business Momentum, we’ll bring your business ambitions and the way you operate together. You’ll identify the actions that deserve your attention, work through what gets in the way and follow through with support. As you make offers, have conversations and act on opportunities, you’ll build evidence of what you can do — and greater confidence in taking your next step.

You don’t need six more months of information. You need six months of momentum.

Business Momentum is a six-month mastermind for business owners who are serious about creating the next version of their business — and themselves as the person running it.

Because creating a different business usually requires more than a different strategy.

It requires you to become the person who can make different decisions, hold different standards, have different conversations and take different actions consistently.

If you want your business to look different six months from now, you can't keep operating entirely from the identity, habits and expectations that created where you are today.

Part of our work together will be deliberately asking:

Who do I need to become to create what I say I want?

And then beginning to think, decide and act from that version of you now — not six months from now.

From January through to the end of June 2027, we’re going to work on closing what I call the knowing-doing gap: the space between what you know would move you forward and what you actually do consistently.

And as we do that, you'll become much more deliberate about what you're creating, the choices you're making and what all of that effort is actually building.

Yes, you’ll learn things. We’ll have six substantial half-day workshops, guest experts and plenty of opportunities to develop your thinking.

But this is not six months of consuming information and going back to normal life.

We’ll continually come back to questions like:

What did you say you were going to do? Did you do it? If not, what got in the way? What are you avoiding? What decision needs to be made? What conversation needs to happen? What offer needs to be made? And what is the next thing that will actually move your business forward?

And then we do it.

Because at the end of June, I don’t want you simply to say:

“I learned loads.”

I want you to be able to say:

“Look at what I actually DID. Look at what’s different.”

What do you want to be different by the end of June?

Imagine looking back at an offer you launched, clients you brought into your business or an opportunity you pursued that opened up a new source of income. Something you had been thinking about is now part of your business, and you can see what your decision to act made possible.

Perhaps you’re paying yourself more or charging a price that better reflects your work. Perhaps you’ve developed a more consistent way of attracting business, strengthened a valuable partnership or changed how you use your time so that growing your business gets the attention it deserves.

Think about what those changes would make possible beyond work. More money to put towards something you want. Greater choice about the projects you accept. Time for your family, travel or an ambition you’ve kept postponing. A business that contributes more to the life you want to live.

Notice who you are in that picture, too. You trust yourself to make decisions. You’re willing to ask for the opportunity, put your offer forward and have the conversation. When something needs adjusting, you use what you’ve learned to choose your next step.

Your priorities will be personal to you. At the beginning of Business Momentum, we’ll define what you want to accomplish and how you’ll recognise progress. Those goals will give our work a clear direction, so you can see how the decisions and actions you take are contributing to the business you want to create.

Your Success Blueprint: a clear direction for your six months.

You’ll begin with a private 1:1 Success Blueprint session with me, focused on your business, your ambitions and what you want to accomplish by the end of June.

We’ll look at where you are now: what’s working, where you see potential and what needs your attention. Then we’ll define the result you want these six months to create. That might be increasing your income, developing an offer, attracting more clients or changing how your business operates so that it better supports your life.

Together, we’ll identify the priorities that will move you towards that result and the first actions to take. We’ll also explore what could get in the way, including practical challenges, competing commitments and patterns in how you make decisions or follow through.

You’ll leave with a clear direction, specific priorities and a way to recognise progress. Your Blueprint will give you a basis for deciding where to put your time and energy when the demands of running your business compete for your attention.

Throughout the mastermind, we’ll return to it to review what’s changing, learn from the actions you’ve taken and refine your next steps. As new opportunities emerge, you’ll have a clear reference point for deciding which ones support what you want to build.

Your six-month Business Momentum journey

Over six months, you’ll strengthen the foundations of your business, develop greater confidence in how you run it and take focused action towards the results you’ve chosen in your Success Blueprint.

The six half-day workshops give that work a structure. Each month, we’ll explore an aspect of business growth and personal development, connecting it to the decisions, opportunities and challenges in your business. You’ll use what you learn to shape your next steps, with space to explore what those steps require of you.

You’ll begin taking action in January. Between workshops, the mastermind sessions, Momentum Labs and ongoing support will help you follow through, learn from what happens and adjust your approach. As the months progress, you’ll build on that experience, becoming clearer about where to focus and more confident in how you move forward.

Here’s how the journey unfolds.

Month 1 — Build the Foundations for Business Growth

What needs to support the business I want to create?

Your business growth is influenced by the environments you operate in: the people around you, your routines, your physical space and the expectations that shape your decisions. In January, we’ll explore the nine environments that influence your success and examine how they support the goals you’ve set in your Success Blueprint.

You’ll identify what is already helping you move forward and where changes could make a difference. Perhaps you need space in your week to develop an offer, clearer boundaries around client work or people who encourage you to pursue bigger opportunities. Understanding those influences helps you make deliberate choices about how you organise your life and business.

You’ll choose practical changes that give your priorities more support and begin acting on them. By the end of the month, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what you need around you to follow through, alongside progress on the business goals you’ve chosen.

Month 2 — Develop the Identity That Supports Your Ambition

Who do I need to become to create what I say I want?

The way you see yourself influences what you charge, the opportunities you pursue and what you expect from your business. In February, we’ll explore the beliefs, habits and assumptions shaping those choices, and consider how they fit with the business you want to create.

You’ll build on the strengths that have brought you this far and identify patterns you want to change. Perhaps you hesitate to ask for the sale, keep revisiting a decision or accept commitments that leave little time for your own business growth. We’ll look at what happens in those moments and how you want to respond.

Then you’ll put that understanding into practice. You’ll choose actions that reflect the business owner you want to become: communicating your price with confidence, putting yourself forward for an opportunity, holding a boundary or following through on a commitment. As you act, you’ll build evidence that strengthens your trust in yourself and expands what you’re willing to pursue.

Month 3 — Refine Your Vision and Focus Your Priorities

What do I want my business to make possible?

By March, you’ll have taken action, explored what influences your decisions and learned more about what helps you move forward. We’ll use that experience to revisit your vision and deepen your understanding of what you want your business to create for you.

You’ll consider the income you want to generate, the work you want to do and how you want to spend your time. We’ll explore what matters beyond the business too: the experiences, relationships, freedom and security you want it to support. That picture will help you assess whether the opportunities you’re pursuing fit the life you want to build.

You’ll refine your priorities and decide where to focus next. With a clearer connection between your business goals and what they mean to you, you’ll have a stronger basis for choosing which offers to develop, which opportunities to pursue and where your time and energy can make the greatest difference.

Month 4 — Strengthen the Actions That Create Growth

Which actions will make the greatest difference to my business?

In April, we’ll review the action you’ve taken so far and identify where to concentrate your efforts. You’ll look at what is generating interest, creating opportunities and contributing to income, then decide what to build on and where your approach needs adjusting.

That might mean putting an offer in front of more prospective clients, following up on conversations, developing a partnership or completing something you’re ready to launch. We’ll also address the decisions and tasks you keep postponing, so you can understand what they require and take the next step.

You’ll develop a focused pattern of action that fits your priorities and the way your business works. With implementation time, accountability and space to review the results, you’ll strengthen your ability to follow through and direct your effort towards the activities that help your business grow.

Month 5 — Build Success on Your Terms

How can my business support the life I want to live?

In May, we’ll look at how your business is contributing to your financial wellbeing, freedom and fulfilment. You’ll consider the income it generates, what you pay yourself and how its demands fit with the way you want to live and work.

As your business develops, new opportunities bring choices about your time, energy and money. We’ll explore how you want to make those choices, including the work you accept, the boundaries you hold and where you invest in further growth. You’ll assess what success means in practice for you and how well your current way of operating supports it.

From there, you’ll identify changes that help you build a financially stronger business you enjoy running. That could mean adjusting your pricing, changing how you deliver your work, protecting time for what matters or directing more of your income towards your personal goals. You’ll leave with clearer standards for the business you’re building and decisions that put those standards into practice.

Month 6 — Keep the Momentum Going

How do I build on what I’ve created?

In June, you’ll return to your Success Blueprint and review what has changed in your business and in how you run it. We’ll look at the results of your actions: income generated, offers developed, opportunities pursued and decisions made. You’ll also recognise the habits you’ve strengthened and where you now act with greater confidence.

Together, we’ll identify what has contributed most to your progress, what needs further attention and what you want to carry forward. Understanding how you created those results will help you make deliberate choices about your next stage of growth.

You’ll use that understanding to set your next priorities and create a plan for continuing beyond the mastermind. That includes the actions you’ll keep taking, the support you’ll seek and how you’ll review your progress. You’ll finish with a clearer direction for what comes next and practical ways to sustain the momentum you’ve built.

Karen ‘Gem’ Pohlman

Prior to working with Sarah I felt like I wasn't fully stepping into the possibilities within my business. Sarah enabled me to get to the root of areas where I felt stuck, which allowed me to easily understand how to transform that stuck feeling. After coaching with Sarah I feel more clear and confident in what I need to do to take my business to the next level.

Nicky Hobson

I've loved working with Sarah over the last couple of years, but since joining the Financial Wellbeing Club it's given me the extra push to actually take action. I've started making money from something I had previously just talked about.

Support to turn your plans into business progress

Between workshops, you’ll have regular opportunities to work on your priorities, think through decisions and get support with what’s happening in your business. You can bring an offer you’re developing, a conversation you’re preparing for or a challenge that needs a fresh perspective.

The mastermind sessions give you access to my guidance and the experience of other business owners. Momentum Labs give you protected time to put your decisions into practice. Accountability and WhatsApp support help you maintain focus, recognise what needs attention and follow through between sessions.

As you take action, we’ll help you use what happens next. You’ll have space to review a response, explore an unexpected opportunity or adjust an approach that hasn’t produced the result you wanted. That ongoing connection helps you make informed decisions and keep moving towards the goals you’ve chosen.

Here’s how that support works throughout your six months.

Monthly Mastermind Sessions & Hot Seats

Make decisions with fresh perspective and support.

Bring the questions, opportunities and challenges that matter to your business. You might want to think through an offer, explore a potential partnership, review something that isn’t working or make a decision you’ve been weighing up.

You’ll have my guidance alongside the experience and perspectives of other business owners. A hot seat gives you focused time to explore your situation, answer useful questions and consider possibilities you may not have seen on your own. You’ll also learn from the conversations around other members’ businesses and consider how those insights apply to yours.

These sessions will help you clarify your options, decide how to move forward and identify the next action to take. As you return each month, you’ll have space to share what happened, build on what you learned and get support with the decisions that follow.

Momentum Labs

Make time for the work that moves your business forward.

Momentum Labs give you protected implementation time to work on a priority you’ve chosen. That might be developing an offer, writing a proposal, following up with prospective clients or completing a task that will help you move an opportunity forward.

Having that time in your diary helps you give your own business growth the attention it deserves alongside client work and everyday commitments. You’ll work alongside other members, with a clear focus on what you want to accomplish during the session.

Each Lab gives you an opportunity to make tangible progress and strengthen the habit of acting on your priorities. The work you’ve been planning gets time and attention, helping you carry your decisions through to completion.

Daily Accountability

Build consistency and trust in your follow-through.

Daily accountability helps you keep your chosen priorities visible and turn them into specific commitments. You’ll identify what you intend to do, share your progress and recognise when something needs attention.

If an action keeps getting postponed, you’ll have an opportunity to examine why. You may need to make the task more manageable, resolve a decision or ask for support. Recognising that early helps you choose your next step and keep moving.

As you follow through, you’ll build evidence that you can rely on yourself to act on what matters. Those repeated actions help you make progress in your business and develop greater confidence in your ability to carry a decision through.

WhatsApp Support

Stay connected as you put your plans into practice.

The WhatsApp group gives you a place to ask questions, share progress and draw on the group’s perspective between sessions. When an opportunity emerges or you want input on your next step, you can bring it into the conversation.

You’ll stay connected with people who understand what you’re working towards and are taking action in their own businesses. You can share what you’re learning, contribute your experience and celebrate the decisions and results that mark progress.

That ongoing exchange helps you stay engaged with your goals throughout the six months, with support as you apply what we’re working on to your business.

Mastermind Days

Step back, think deeply and move an important priority forward.

During the six months, there will be two dedicated Mastermind Days: one held in person and one held online. You can choose the option that best suits your location, availability and how you prefer to participate.

Each day gives you focused time to consider the bigger decisions in your business and work on something that deserves your attention. You’ll have space to explore ideas, draw on the group’s perspective and develop your next steps.

Whether you attend in person or online, the aim is to leave with greater clarity about your chosen priority, progress on the work itself and a clear direction for what happens next.

Sue Flotow

Sarah's insights, skills, patience, knowledge of human behaviour and absolute encouragement and support have been so very important on my journey to becoming a business owner who now needs to be financially self-supporting. I have a coach at my side to prompt me into action, to guide me where I need to be and what I might want to be doing.

Grow alongside people who care about what you’re building.

There is value in having people around you who take your ambitions seriously. Inside Business Momentum, you’ll be part of a group of business owners who want to develop their businesses, contribute their experience and put ideas into practice.

You’ll have people to think alongside when you’re weighing up a decision, exploring an opportunity or working through a challenge. Someone may ask a question that changes how you see the situation, share experience that helps you choose your next step or recognise a possibility you hadn’t considered.

Your perspective matters here too. The experience you bring, the questions you ask and what you learn through taking action can help someone else move forward. Those exchanges deepen the value of the mastermind for everyone involved.

You can arrive with questions, uncertainty and decisions still to make. What matters is your willingness to participate, consider new perspectives and act on what you decide. Together, we’ll create a room where your ambitions receive thoughtful attention and your progress is something we take an active interest in.

What could six months of focused progress be worth to your business?

Think about an opportunity already within reach. An offer you could launch, clients you could follow up with, a partnership you could develop or a pricing decision you’re ready to make. What could acting on it contribute to your income over the next six months and beyond?

The value may also come from changing how you run your business. Giving more attention to profitable work, making better use of your time or choosing investments more carefully can influence what your business earns and what you keep. Those decisions can create greater freedom to do the work you enjoy and fund the life you want.

Business Momentum gives you structured support to pursue that progress. You’ll have guidance when a decision needs thought, protected time to implement your plans and accountability to help you follow through. Together, we’ll connect that support to the goals you’ve chosen and review what your actions are producing.

As you consider joining, think about the result that would make these six months worthwhile for you. What would you want to have earned, developed or changed by the end of June? That is the ambition we’ll bring into your Success Blueprint and work towards throughout the mastermind.

Emma Parish Tyler

I'd spent so long faffing around and not knowing how to present myself to my ideal client and my business was really suffering because of this. This course really honed in on the different needs and wants that my clients have and it's helped me so much in being able to present my services taking into account the different needs and wants of each archetype. Needless to say, I and my business are on fire now.

Is Business Momentum right for you?

Business Momentum is for you if you already run a business and want to turn more of its potential into income, opportunity and freedom. You value the work you do, and you’re ready to give the growth of your business focused attention.

You may have a specific ambition for the next six months: launching an offer, attracting more clients, increasing your income or changing how you work. You may also want support in deciding which opportunities deserve your attention and what to prioritise next.

You’re willing to explore how your beliefs, habits and expectations influence your business decisions. You want to develop greater confidence in your judgement and put that confidence into practice through the offers you make, the conversations you have and the actions you take.

You’ll get the most from this experience if you’re ready to participate, contribute your perspective and act on what you decide. You can bring questions and uncertainty alongside your ambition, with a willingness to learn from what happens and keep moving towards the business you want to create.

A commitment to putting ideas into practice

Business Momentum is for people who are actively building or growing a business. You may be developing your offer and working towards your first paying clients, or you may have an established business you want to take further. We’ll work with your goals, opportunities and challenges, connecting what we explore to practical action in your business.

Taking part means making time to act between sessions. You’ll choose your priorities, make decisions and follow through, with guidance and accountability as you learn from the results. Your willingness to participate and put the work into practice is an essential part of what you’ll gain from these six months.

FEATURED IN:

Meet your host

Hi, I’m Sarah McCalden.

I’m a Financial Wellbeing and Identity Expert and a Certified Success Principles Trainer. I work with people who want to make more money, create greater choice and build a life and business that reflect what matters to them.

My work brings together financial wellbeing, identity and behaviour. We explore how you see yourself, what you expect and how those beliefs influence your decisions. Then we connect that understanding to practical action: pricing your work, making offers, pursuing opportunities and following through on your priorities.

In 2018, I increased my income more than tenfold in a year. That experience changed my understanding of what was possible for me and my business. It gave me a personal appreciation of how changes in our expectations, decisions and actions can contribute to different financial results.

My experience of rebuilding my life after addiction has also shaped my understanding of personal change. I know what it means to develop a different relationship with yourself and begin making decisions that support the future you want. Those experiences inform the way I work, alongside my training and years of supporting clients.

In 2025, I commissioned research through Newcastle University’s Arrow Innovation Programme to explore psychological and behavioural factors influencing financial wellbeing. I’m also a member of the Success Principles Leadership Council, having been invited by Jack Canfield to contribute alongside other trainers who apply the principles in their work.

Inside Business Momentum, I’ll help you think through decisions, recognise patterns and identify actions that support your business goals. I’ll bring questions, perspective, encouragement and challenge, with an active interest in what you’re building and the progress you’re making.

I want you to finish these six months with results you can point to and greater trust in yourself as the person creating them.

What will you be glad you acted on by the end of June?

Think about the offer you want to launch, the income you want to create or the opportunity you’re ready to pursue. Consider what making progress would mean for your business and what it would make possible in your life.

Business Momentum gives you six months of focused support to work towards that ambition. You’ll have a clear direction, people to think alongside and dedicated time to turn your decisions into action. As you build your business, you’ll develop greater confidence in your ability to lead it.

You can begin with the business you have today and a willingness to shape what happens next. I’d love to work with you on what you want to create.

Join the January–June 2027 cohort for £1,000 when you enrol by 31 October. The investment rises to £2,000 on 1 November.
