BUSINESS MOMENTUM MASTERMIND
What could be different in your business six months from now if you actually did the things you know would move it forward?
You’ve built a real business. You’re good at what you do, you have clients or customers, and you know there’s more potential in what you’ve created.
But perhaps there’s also a gap between the business you have now and the business you know you could build.
You want to make more money. You want to become more intentional and astute about the way you run your business. You want to make better decisions, create more opportunities and spend more of your time on the things that actually move you forward.
And ultimately, you want your business to give you more of what you started it for in the first place: more income, more freedom, more choice and the ability to create the life you want to live.
The problem probably isn’t that you need another 500 things to do.
You already know far more about what needs to change than your current actions reflect.
There are things you’ve been meaning to do. Decisions you’ve been putting off. Conversations you need to have. Offers you need to make. Opportunities you haven’t pursued. Habits you know aren’t serving you. Things you keep saying you’ll get to when you have more time.
And that’s where Business Momentum comes in.

Sarah helped me identify and remove the blocks to my goal of impacting 1 million women through my work. I finished our session transformed and feeling 100% committed and aligned with my vision and money goals and immediately took bold action towards achieving my goals.
You don’t need six more months of information. You need six months of momentum.
Business Momentum is a six-month mastermind for business owners who are serious about creating the next version of their business — and themselves as the person running it.
From October through to the end of March, we’re going to work on closing what I call the knowing-doing gap: the space between what you know would move you forward and what you actually do consistently.
Yes, you’ll learn things. We’ll have six substantial half-day workshops, guest experts and plenty of opportunities to develop your thinking.
But this is not six months of consuming information and going back to normal life.
We’ll continually come back to questions like:
What did you say you were going to do? Did you do it? If not, what got in the way? What are you avoiding? What decision needs to be made? What conversation needs to happen? What offer needs to be made? And what is the next thing that will actually move your business forward?
And then we do it.
Because at the end of March, I don’t want you simply to say:
“I learned loads.”
I want you to be able to say:
“Look at what I actually DID. Look at what’s different.”
Imagine getting to the end of March and being able to see the difference
Not because you spent six months being busier.
Because you became much more intentional about where you were going and what would actually get you there.
Perhaps you’ve increased your income, launched the thing you’ve been talking about, created a new offer, developed a more reliable way of generating business or finally made the decisions you’ve been circling around for months.
Perhaps you’re paying yourself more, working differently, using your time more effectively or feeling far more confident about the decisions you make as a business owner.
Your specific result will be personal to you.
That’s why we start by deciding exactly what your six months are for.

We start with your Success Blueprint
At the beginning of the Mastermind, you’ll have a private 1:1 Success Blueprint session with me.
We’ll look at where your business is now, what you want to have accomplished by the end of March and what needs to happen to get you there.
We’ll identify the priorities that deserve your attention and start looking at the things that could get in the way.
This becomes our reference point for the six months.
Because it’s incredibly easy to become consumed by whatever feels urgent this week and lose sight of what you said really mattered.
I’m not going to let you do that.
We’ll keep coming back to what you said you wanted to create and the actions that will take you towards it.
The six-month Business Momentum journey
The six half-day workshops form the backbone of the Mastermind, but they aren't six standalone training sessions. There's an intentional journey through the six months, taking you from getting clear about where you are and what you're building to becoming more intentional, consistent and effective in the way you run your business.
And importantly, we're not waiting until January to start taking action. You'll be working on your business and closing the knowing-doing gap from the very beginning. Each workshop simply gives us another layer to work on as you move towards what you said you wanted to achieve.
OCTOBER
Build the Foundations for Your Next Level
What am I building my business on?
We start by looking at what you're actually building your business — and your life — on.
We'll work through the nine different environments that influence your success and look honestly at what's supporting you, what's getting in the way and what's making things harder than they need to be.
You'll get clearer about where you're going, what needs strengthening and what needs to change so that you're not trying to create your next level on foundations that can't support it.
And while we're doing that, you'll already be taking action on the things that will move your business forward.
NOVEMBER
Get Out of Your Own Way
What's stopping me from becoming the business owner I want to be?
We all have things that get in our way. Fears, beliefs, stories, habits and patterns that affect the decisions we make and the things we do — or don't do — in our businesses.
This month is about learning to recognise yours.
We'll look at where you procrastinate, avoid, overthink or keep repeating behaviours that aren't producing the results you want. The aim isn't endless introspection. It's becoming able to notice what's happening while it's happening, so you can make a different choice.
Because once you can recognise the patterns that have been holding you back, they don't have to keep determining what happens next.
DECEMBER
Get Clear on What You're Building
What am I intentionally creating?
What is all of this actually for?
This month is about getting really clear about what you want your business and your life to look and feel like — not simply deciding on another revenue target.
What do you want your business to make possible for you? How much do you want it to generate? How do you want to spend your time? What kind of work do you want to be doing? What do you want more of in your life — and what would you like less of?
Because when you're clear about what you're actually trying to create, you can make much better decisions about what deserves your time, energy and attention.
Your actions stop being a collection of things you think you should be doing and start becoming intentional steps towards something you genuinely want.
JANUARY
Turn Intention Into Momentum
What do I need to consistently do to move my business forward?
By January, we've strengthened the foundations, started recognising what's been getting in your way and become much clearer about what you're creating.
Now we're going to build momentum.
This is about taking focused action, creating opportunities, making offers, having conversations, following up, making decisions and doing some of the things you may previously have been avoiding.
But this isn't about becoming busier or simply doing more.
It's about identifying the actions that have the greatest potential to move your business forward and doing them consistently enough to create a different result.
This is where intention becomes execution — and execution becomes momentum.
FEBRUARY
Build Success on Your Terms
How do I create success without sacrificing myself?
I don't want you to spend six months building a more successful business only to discover that you've created something you don't really enjoy running.
So this month we look at what success actually means to you.
We'll explore financial wellbeing, freedom, fulfilment and the way you want to live and work, and look at whether the business you're creating genuinely supports those things.
Because the goal isn't simply to build a business that makes more money.
It's to build a successful, financially strong business that gives you more of what you actually want from your life.
MARCH
Keep the Momentum Going
How do I keep growing from here?
In March, we bring the whole six months together.
We'll look at what you've created, what's changed, what worked, what didn't, what you've learned about yourself as a business owner and which new behaviours and ways of working you want to take forward.
You'll return to the goals and intentions you set at the beginning of the Mastermind and look at the distance you've travelled.
Then we'll turn our attention to what comes next.
What do you want to build on? Where is the next opportunity? What needs to change again? And how do you continue creating progress without slipping back into old ways of operating?
Because the aim isn't for Business Momentum to be six unusually productive months.
The aim is for you to become a more intentional, effective and astute business owner who knows how to keep creating momentum long after the Mastermind ends.

Prior to working with Sarah I felt like I wasn't fully stepping into the possibilities within my business. Sarah enabled me to get to the root of areas where I felt stuck, which allowed me to easily understand how to transform that stuck feeling. After coaching with Sarah I feel more clear and confident in what I need to do to take my business to the next level.
Nicky Hobson
I've loved working with Sarah over the last couple of years, but since joining the Financial Wellbeing Club it's given me the extra push to actually take action. I've started making money from something I had previously just talked about.
The workshops are only part of how you'll create momentum
The six workshops give us the framework for our journey, but the real transformation happens in what you do with what we're working on between them.
From the very beginning, we'll be looking at what's happening in your business right now. What are you trying to achieve? What needs your attention? What decision have you been putting off? What opportunity could you pursue? What conversation do you need to have? What have you said you're going to do — and are you actually doing it?
Closing the knowing-doing gap isn't something we'll cover in one workshop. It's something we'll work on throughout the entire six months.
You'll be taking action from October onwards, learning from what happens, adjusting where necessary and continuing to move forward. Each monthly workshop gives us another layer to work on, while the Mastermind sessions, Momentum Labs, daily accountability and support help you turn what you're learning and deciding into action.
That's how momentum gets created: not through one enormous burst of activity, but through consistently doing the things that actually move your business forward.
Monthly Mastermind Sessions & Hot Seats
Bring what’s actually happening in your business into the room.
An opportunity. A problem. An idea. An offer. A difficult decision. Something that isn’t working. Something you can’t see clearly because you’re too close to it.
You’ll have my perspective and the collective intelligence of a room of other serious business owners helping you think it through.
Momentum Labs
Sometimes we don’t need to talk about doing the work.
We need to do the work.
Momentum Labs are protected implementation time where we turn intention into action and get things finished instead of carrying them around on another to-do list.
Daily Accountability
What did you say you were going to do?
Did you do it?
Daily accountability helps you keep your commitments visible, notice quickly when something is getting in the way and keep taking the actions that matter between our sessions.
WhatsApp Support
Business doesn’t conveniently present its questions only when we have a Mastermind call scheduled.
The group gives us somewhere to maintain connection, accountability and momentum throughout the six months.
Guest Experts
Where specialist expertise will genuinely help you move forward, I’ll bring in people who can add something valuable to the work we’re doing.
An In-Person Mastermind Day
I’m also planning an in-person day during our six months together, giving us an opportunity to get out of our usual environments, work together in person and deepen the relationships within the group.
Sue Flotow
Sarah's insights, skills, patience, knowledge of human behaviour and absolute encouragement and support have been so very important on my journey to becoming a business owner who now needs to be financially self-supporting. I have a coach at my side to prompt me into action, to guide me where I need to be and what I might want to be doing.
This room matters
There will be approximately 20 people in Business Momentum.
I want it to be a strong room.
People who have built real businesses. People who care about what they’re creating. People who are willing to think, contribute, support one another and also be challenged.
Because one of the great advantages of a mastermind is that you don’t only have access to your own thinking.
Someone else sees the opportunity you’ve missed.
Someone asks the question you haven’t considered.
Someone has already solved the problem you’re facing.
And sometimes simply being surrounded by other people who are serious about moving forward changes what you expect from yourself.
This isn't an investment in more information
There is no shortage of information about how to grow a business. You could spend the next six months reading books, listening to podcasts, taking courses and collecting another hundred ideas about things you could be doing.
And some of them would probably be very good ideas.
But if information alone was enough, most of us would already be much further ahead than we are.
The value of Business Momentum isn't simply in what you'll learn during the six months. It's in having six months in which you are continually supported to turn what you know, learn and decide into action.
You'll start by deciding what you want to have created by the end of March. From there, we'll keep coming back to it. What needs to happen? What's the next priority? What are you avoiding? Where are you getting stuck? What needs to change? And, crucially, are you doing what you said you were going to do?
You'll have the space to work on the business rather than constantly being consumed by working in it. You'll have people to think alongside when you're facing a decision or opportunity. You'll have protected time to get things done, accountability to help you follow through, and support when you can't see your own way through something.
Because sometimes the costliest thing in business isn't making the wrong decision.
It's spending another six months not making the decision at all.
What would make these six months worth £2,000 to you?
That's a question I would genuinely like you to consider.
Perhaps there's something you've been saying you're going to launch that could create a new source of income. Perhaps you need to become much more consistent about selling. Perhaps there's an opportunity you've been hesitating over, a change you need to make to the way you work, or a level of income you know the business is capable of producing but haven't yet reached.
Or perhaps the biggest change would be becoming the kind of business owner who makes decisions more confidently, follows through more consistently and spends far more of her time doing the things that actually move the business forward.
Your answer will be different from somebody else's.
That's why we begin with your Success Blueprint.
We're going to identify what your result needs to be, and then spend six months helping you move towards it.

I'd spent so long faffing around and not knowing how to present myself to my ideal client and my business was really suffering because of this. This course really honed in on the different needs and wants that my clients have and it's helped me so much in being able to present my services taking into account the different needs and wants of each archetype. Needless to say, I and my business are on fire now.
Business Momentum is for you if...
You already have a business and know there’s more potential in it.
You’re good at what you do, but you want to become a more intentional, confident and astute business owner.
You have something meaningful you want to create or achieve over the next six months.
You know there are things you could be doing that would move the business forward, but you’re not doing them as consistently as you’d like.
You’re willing to look honestly at what gets in your way rather than endlessly blaming your strategy, the algorithm, the economy or yourself.
You want support and accountability, but you’re also prepared to take responsibility and do the work.
And you want to be part of a room where people contribute, encourage, challenge and help one another move forward.
This probably isn’t for you if...
You’re still thinking about starting a business but haven’t begun yet.
You’re looking primarily for a step-by-step course that tells you exactly how to build a business from scratch.
You want to consume information without implementing it.
Or you want someone else to be responsible for your results.
I will be very invested in helping you create the result you come for.
But I can’t do your part for you.
And that is rather the point of Business Momentum.
You became good at what you do. Now become just as intentional about the business around it.
There comes a point when becoming better at your craft, profession or area of expertise isn't the only thing that will take your business forward.
You also need to become better at being the person who runs it.
Making decisions.
Creating opportunities.
Looking at the numbers.
Following through.
Having the conversations.
Making the offers.
Choosing what matters.
Stopping doing what doesn't.
And consistently doing the things that move you towards what you say you want.
That's what we're going to work on together for six months.
Not perfection.
Momentum.

Meet Your Host
Hi, I'm Sarah McCalden.
I'm a financial wellbeing educator, entrepreneur and certified Success Principles Trainer, and I believe our future is created one intentional decision at a time.
My life hasn't followed a straight line.
I've experienced seasons of poor decisions, uncertainty and having to completely rebuild my life.
I've also built a business that generated almost a quarter of a million dollars in annual turnover, and I've experienced what it's like to have to rebuild a business from the ground up.
Those experiences taught me something that has shaped everything I do today.
Our financial future isn't created by chance.
It's created through the decisions we make every day.
The way we think.
The habits we develop.
The conversations we have.
The opportunities we notice.
The actions we take.
And, ultimately, what we choose to do next.
When I discovered personal development, it transformed the way I thought about myself, my future and what was possible.
It didn't just change my life personally; it completely changed the way I approached business.
As my thinking changed, so did my decisions, my confidence and, ultimately, my results.
That's why my work brings together financial wellbeing, personal development and entrepreneurship.
I don't believe these are separate conversations.
The way we think influences the decisions we make.
Those decisions influence the actions we take.
And those actions shape our businesses, our finances and the quality of the lives we create.
To deepen my understanding of what contributes to long-term financial wellbeing, I commissioned research with Newcastle University into women's financial behaviour.
That research continues to inform my work, alongside many years of supporting people to build greater confidence, make better decisions and create more intentional lives.
The Financial Wellbeing Club is the community I wish I'd had throughout my own journey.
A place to keep learning.
To challenge my thinking.
To make decisions.
To take action.
And to surround myself with people who genuinely wanted to grow.
If that sounds like the kind of community you've been looking for, I'd love to welcome you.
